I've just moved to town for a new job. My car refused to start one morning (dead battery) and I called Acura to see if they could help. I was told at first that there were no technicians available, but they called back and said the service manager would come out with a charger and see if he could get the car started. That worked, I drove over to the Acura dealership, and they put in a new battery in about twenty minutes, covered under warranty. Great service!
