I traded in my 2015 RDX on Oct. 27th for a 2017 MDX and Steve Jones was my Client Advisor along w/ the Sales Manger Stacey and the Finance manager that day. They all give me excellent service. I feel like I got a great deal. Steve went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal! I love my MDX and I love the color... Everyone gave exceptional customer service. I had to bring my dog in w/ me and everyone was even wonderful to him. Steve walked him while I signed my forms so that I could have my hands free. I received a courtesy call from Steve to see how I was enjoying my MDX and if I needed anything. I also received a nice letter via mail from Stacey to thank me for my purchase. Steve took time to show me how to work my SUV, where to go for service and answered any and all other questions I had. He was really great!
A huge thank you to Jared and Robbie for their help and support Saturday on getting me into my first Acura. Both gentlemen were phenomenal; friendly and helpful. They wanted my business but were not pushy or overbearing. Their approach was very genuine. Buying a car is never fun, the process can be very long, but they made the downtime pleasant. This was the only car buying experience I have ever had where I have been fully comfortable with my salesman and how I was treated. Their entire staff,even those not working with us, were very attentive. They offered us coffee and even lunch at one point. I HIGHLY recommend working with Robbie and Jared if you are in the market for a car. I would buy from them again. Thank you guys!!

My first review, I want to say thank to Amanda, Jarred, Robbie, and the two fellas that delivered our Chevy Suburban closer to us. Yes, we live four hours away, and had everything done by phone and text, and then met us half way. The vehicle was exactly as described, and a smooth transaction. My wife loves it and can't believe the price I paid. Thank you y'all, for being honest, good people in a tough business! Will be back.

I take my RDX here for services/maintenance issues and each time I had a wonderful experience and the staff (service advisors) are great! I see Mark and he is wonderful service advisor. And Mike is the service manager and he is just as friendly and professional. I love their exceptional services dealing with customers and as a car experts. Today I was playing with the idea of getting a new car. Well, I submitted an online comment early this morning and I got a call from one of the associates (Amanda) she understood my needs and was able give me an appointment to come see them the same day (literally within hours). Well, long story short, I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from here. This is my 3rd acura and had the fastest buying experience. All team members involved were very through and professional, detailed and friendly. Just to name a few that I would like to recognize are: Amanda, Stacy (sales manager?), Robert Dean and Tim N. (Sales) and of course Royce (Finance). Oh my gosh, I had such a wonderful an painless experience. I recommend these dream team to buy/lease or even service any day. I know car buying experiare usually a headache and a pain in the behind but I had much fun. It was awesome!
